This is where it all started. We found a plot of land for sale in Winchfield. The current owner (Jim) had designed a house for his family and gained planning permission, but then decided he would rather sell the land with permission. The land was part of his existing garden so selling the land would mean dividing the plot with a suitable boundary fence.
